| Education can be the cornerstone of national development and social progress. The development of education has made great contribution to enhance people’s living standard, social progress, economic development, cultural prosperity and technological innovation. In school education, students’management is of primary importance. Students’management can promote the quality of school education and the students’comprehensive development. Also, it can mobilize the students’enthusiasm. Education is a service industry for the students’growth and development. Nowadays, the quality of students’service has greatly reduced for the old philosophy of schools, student violence, puppy love, abuse, moral issues, and health problems.It is a very important research in the secondary school sustainable development to improve students’management, to enhance school’s sense of competition, to improve social satisfaction and to construct the service-oriented students’management pattern. Schools with high quality students’management can cultivate outstanding talents for our country, convey excellent students for college, and improve teaching efficiency and students’academic performance. Therefore, the core of the secondary school education is to optimize the quality of students’management. Based on reviewing the theory of the service of education, this paper aims at exploring the service-oriented students’management pattern through interviews, students’management theory and the experience of some excellent schools. This research provides practical guidance and theoretical support for modern schools. Therefore, it is of profound realistic significance to research on the service-oriented students’ management.This paper consists of four parts, which proposes a systematic study for the service-oriented students’management. For the first part, it reviews the theory of the service of education and existing students’management modes. Also, it puts forward the background, significance, contents and research methods. For the second part, it elaborates the concept, characteristics and theory of the service oriented secondary school students’management mode. For the third part, it analyses the status quo and issues of the current students’ management from the view of school concept, student, morality, curriculum and health. Again, it analyses the reasons for the phenomenon. For the forth part, it offers a series of improvements and measures for the secondary school students’management and forms the theory of service-oriented students’management. Finally, this paper systematically describes the secondary school students’management. |
