School development means too much, which relating to all aspects of school, and alsoa kind of processes that is continuous, multidimensional and dynamic process. The schoolrevolution have the final words about the education revolution, similarly, the developmentdetermined the promotion of human being. The teachers’ job satisfaction and school cultureare important to the development of school. Teachers’ job satisfaction influences their workengagement and commitment to school. The favorable school culture can build aharmonious environment for teaching, operating of school, which also have an effect onthe value of teachers. Undoubtedly, teachers’ job satisfaction and organization culture sharea bigger percentage in the school development.In this study, which taking questionnaires that made by previous scholars, basing onthe299teachers in the elementary and middle schools in the Lujiang town of An huiProvince, try to realize the relationship between teachers’ job satisfaction, school cultureand school development. Furthermore, this paper analysis the influencing factors. Theresults can benefit the teachers, as well as schools.The results are following:(1) after analysing the relationship between all theconceptions involving in this paper, except several dimensions that connecting to eachother significantly, all dimensions of job satisfaction have been shown more significantrelationship with school development. Exactly speaking, reward, promotion, work,working environment of job satisfaction have significant relationship with all three aspectsof school culture. Stepwise regression indicates that job satisfaction can predict schooldevelopment significantly.(2) after analysing the relationship between school culture and school development, we find that, except several dimensions that connecting to each othersignificantly, all the four dimensions of school culture have been shown more significantrelationship with school development. Sense of mission, consistency, involvement ofschool culture are positively associating to the human resource management, developmentplanning of school development, at the same time, have no relationship with operating ofschool. Regression shows that school development impact on school developmentpositively.Finally, we discuss the results, and give some suggestions about how to promoteteachers’ job satisfaction, form fine school culture and school development. The default ofthis research are also argued at last.
