Teachers'quality in Rural Areas plays a pivotal role in the rural education quality. To improve the rural education quality must make a rational structure, numerous and higher-quality rural teachers'team. Hunan is a major agricultural province. Hunan has a larger proportion of the rural population. Mountains and hills is the most widely distributed in Hunan province. Rural schools in remote inconvenience have an arduous task of education and teaching. To improve the quality of teachers has a long way to go.The present thesis analyzes the present situation and existing problems in the development of the elementary and middle school teachers'quality based on the analysis of data from remote A country, Hunan province. The survey includes parents and students'requirements to the teacher quality, school administrators provided the environment for teachers to enhance the quality, the status in enhancing teachers quality by themselves and so on. The survey finds out the problems that exist in lacking of queries on the quality of teachers from parents and students, lacking of education and management of science and democracy, negative attitudes of teachers, inconsistent with the concept of teachers and lacking of teaching resources etc.Educational field in the school, there are a number of factors influence the rural primary and secondary school teachers'quality promotion. The survey searches the influence factors of teachers'quality promotion in the rural elementary and middle school from stakeholders. Then, the survey puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions according to the problems and influencing factors in the promotion of the rural elementary and middle school teachers. That is to build reasonable parent-school cooperative platform, remodel the harmonious relationship between teachers and students, establish the democratic school management mechanism and construct rural primary and secondary school teachers'self-improvement internal mechanism.
