Study On Quality Education Of Success And Its Developmental Research

Emergence and development of private universities is not an expedient measure for the reform of higher education, instead, it is an inevitable result of massification of higher education, being an indispensable force. The quality education of success, a breakthrough in the philosophy of traditional education and the mode of talent cultivation, is an innovative measure of reform. After more than ten years of construction and development, The quality education of success has gained a universal recognition in society and it has made tremendous achievements in educational field. The purpose of quality education of success is to innovate and develop traditional higher education, to cultivate successful talents of high quality so as to cultivate qualified socialist constructors and reliable socialist successors who achieve the combination of overall development-moral,intellectual, physical and artistic, and personality development for our political, economic and cultural constructions.Referring to the documentary data and fruits of the research of a multitude of experts and scholars, this paper employs the research methods like documentary synthesis, comparative analysis, empirical study, interviews to examine the theoretical system and systematic system of quality education of success, determining whether they are scientific and perfect; simultaneously, interviews are carried out to help understand the theoretical significance and practical value of quality education of success in terms of teaching, research, management, service in universities etc.The paper is divide into three parts:The first part elaborates the rise and value of quality education of success. The educational philosophy of higher education and the mode of talent cultivation based on the theoretical basis are established on the basis of the grasp of the laws of contemporary university education and developmental trend of times and the absorption of and reference to the fruits of educational research and the experience of educational reform at home and abroad.The second part mainly constructs the mode of practice of quality education of success. Quality education of success gains advantages over the mode of cultivation of traditional education by emphasizing "one goal, two systems, three requirements, four groups of courses, and five system setups", and the mode of practice of quality education of success is typical of the system of organizational networks.The third part mainly explores the developmental ideas of quality education of success.
