Middle school students’participation in school affairs is not only students’ independent development, development of the schools, but also for students to adapt to the society after the effective participation in public affairs consciousness and ability of the enlightenment, the author tries to pass on investigation and understanding of the middle school students’participation in school affairs, to have first hand of truly grasping student’s participation in school affairs, and to lays a foundation of further improving the school education.For the further understanding of students’participation in school affairs related to the case, the writing conducted a survey of the status quo on the middle school students’participation in school affairs, on the part of school moral education, moral education director, principal part of teacher and students, interviews were done, and the related data and the interview result were analyzed and treatment. Survey and interview show, currently students have more positive attitude to participate in school affairs generally, enthusiasm high, and support school leadership, teachers of students appropriate to participate in school affairs, but the student participation in school affairs of the actual situation is not ideal.The author’s further investigations discover, the teachers’educational concept, educational management system and students’ability and other related factors are related with it. In order to promote the school education to a new level better, to further implement the " student centered", stress educational philosophy of the students, the article on the foundation of investigation and study the related suggestions are put forward. First, to further correct educational concept, to create prerequisites for participation in school affairs of students; second, consider class management as the core, to create the necessary conditions for participation of students in school affairs; thirdly, strengthen guidance and training, and improve the enthusiasm and participation of the students’participation in school affairs...
