Economic And Cultural Change Of A Town

The mountains of north-western Guangxi located in a remote，lackof contact with the outside world，economy is relatively backward.In themodern time，Guangdong businessmen moved in to the town and developthe local market，become an important force promoting the developmentof social economic in the region. At the same time，the national culture ofGuangdong businessmen blend with the local culture for a long-term，formed its unique conglomerate culture in the northwest GuangxiZhuang’s areas. This article take Silin town in Tiandong for an example，Taking the social culture to such the Guangdong businessmen’commercial activities influence on Silin town，studied from the view ofeconomic anthropology and in history to such migration and harmony ofthe culture melting. To explore the links between economic change andthe culture melting of the ethnic minority areas，provide a case study forthe economic and cultural change of the ethnic minority areas.In this paper believe that，the Zhuang residents of Silin Street andGuangdong Han ethnic population by trading activities，promote localeconomic changes. Deepened to know and understand of each other，make different cultures mingled， constitute a harmonious socialenvironment.
