In recent years, the academic community is extremely active in the history of research on educationaltechnology. With the research results of the “11th Five-Year” history of educational technology statesubject have announced one by one, a prominent educational technology organization presents ours eyes:China Education Film Association.The Association was established in1932, and to the Anti-Japanese War ended in1945, for13years. Ithas made important contributions to early educational technology practice and theory development. In thisthesis, we have based to the China Education Film Association of publication and distribution of books, andhave taken the research methods of historical and literature analysis, the case analysis of secondaryresearch methods, collating and summarizing the history of the China Education Film Association.Conclusion: First, the China Education Film Association is the first Educational Technology academicsocial groups, and has promoted the name of Educational Technology born and Educational technologydevelopment; Second, China Film Yearbook of China’s is the first completeness film Yearbook, while notthe first film yearbook; Third, The Educational technology magazine that has sponsored by the ChinaEducation Film Association’s Shanghai branch and has undertaken by Shanghai educational suppliescompany, is the first named "Educational Technology" journal. It had published the first phase in1936Dec,and to July7,1937, the outbreak of war, published for a total of six, introduced the theory and technologyof film education, implementation methods, broadcast education, audio-visual research and discussion, theforecast of the Ministry of Education and broadcast programs. Act are set out specifically and four columnsand educational film recommended; Forth, many politicians have joined in the Council, they have foughtfor the National Government’s financial and human resources providing a convenient, that is theimportance reasons for that the early development of the Association and the rapidly advancing; Fifth, theChina Education Film Association has cooperated with the Film Company, the academic institution, that isan effective way of filming and promotion of educational films; Sixth, a number of influential academicmasters is a powerful promotion of development of the China Education Film Association academicstrength; Seventh, the internal logic and motivation of the China Education Film Association, the internal logic: Film-education, Education-films, Educational Technology theory system improvement anddevelopment. The extrinsic motivation: the establishment and development of the International EducationFilm Society, the Film Censorship Board and leftist literature Union, the conflicts and impact of thisCouncil to the international exchange and communication, as well as the war of resistance factors, theseexternal factors have promoted the development of the Association.
