In recent years, most of the high school students in geographical reflect is difficult to learn. Highschool students think that junior high school geography too shallow, the influence of high school learningeffect; High school geography teachers say, junior high school geography exam did not include the men,the student is easily ignore the importance of geography, teaching content is too simple, in the juniormiddle school students failed to lay a solid foundation of knowledge, in high school, the students ofgeographic no interest in learning, learning initiative decline, the high school geography result is generallylow increasingly prominent. Along with the development of the new leather, school students how to solvein the high school geography in the learning process "fault" problem to be the education experts and highschool geography teachers attach great importance to the a problem. According to the phenomenon, foundthat high school geography knowledge "fault" is high school geography teaching not the product ofcohesion,. This paper aiming at these problems, in henan province, the education of high school geographycohesion to explore research. At present, the relevant domestic high schoolgeography on education still is in start level, at present had the research, most is a line of the geographyteacher, although some experts on the issue to research, but has not been determined.This paper, based on the cohesion of the education system, cognitive development stage ofproximal development theory and three theoretical basis, the paper on the domestic high school geographyteaching link of the study on the prospect of research and summarize. Will the literature material methodand questionnaire investigation method, get the Henan province high school geography cohesion education first-hand data, through the data analysis and comparative research for this study to seek morebreakthrough. The high school geography teachers and students were a questionnaire survey, through dataanalysis, it is concluded that high school geography teaching in Henan province on the generalcharacteristics of high school geography is the teachers and students have high cohesion of the teaching ofunderstanding, the high school geography teachers than junior high school geography teacher seriouslymore in the process of teaching, the conclusion of cohesion, and find out the junior middle school and highschool geography curriculum standard, content, teaching method, learning methods and teachingenvironment of five differences between affecting factors, and the five aspects of cohesion analysis, thispaper summarizes the conclusion. According to Henan high school geography cohesion education presentsituation investigation, make improvement on the strategy of high school geography education. Teachersshould be more exchanges between each other, improve their professional qualifications and professionalspirit, pay attention to students in the learning process in geographical subject status, pay attention tostudents’ physical and mental development condition; Help students to face up to the high schoolgeography subject status, different learning stage choose the suitable study method, improve geographicstudy effectively, strengthen discipline and the subject of knowledge in between contact; Students shouldbe active in the transformation of the study way cope with the different stage geographic study,independently trains probingly ability, the junior middle school should raise the degree of attention paid tothe geography teaching, help students to correct their learning attitude, education department should perfectthe high school geography study of assessment system.This research innovation lies in: first, enrich the research object.
