Under the background of economic globalization and internalization of tertiary education, joint education of sino-foreign institutions appeared. Especially after China accessed WTO, the joint education has become very rapid, the educational scale continues expanding, the educational level continues improving and the educational mode becomes more and more diversified. Although joint education having richened the higher education of our country run a school system, having trained many new talents, there are many new problems in practice. Therefore, strengthening the practical study on joint education of sino-foreign institutions is significant.This paper is research with the College of International Business, Shenyang Normal University. In have summarized joint education of sino-foreign institutions to run a basic theory, have investigated the joint education of sino-foreign institutions of our country to run a school on the foundation of present situation, comprehensive related subject theory, the visual angle with the anatomy in-depth, develop the College of International Business, Shenyang Normal University to run a school practice, have carried out thorough research, when runing a school concept, run a school pattern and management system wait for aspect, have carried out the analysis in-depth, have suggested that some personal viewpoints have carried out reasonable demonstration, practise for that joint education of sino-foreign institutions runs a school to offer valuable reference.The article is divided into five chapters in total.The first chapter, the introduction, mainly introduces the general situation of the whole article. Including the background and significance of research, the research status from domestic and abroad, research methods and research content.In the second chapter, mainly introduce the basic theory of cooperation in running schools, mainly introduces the basic situation of chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools, the current situation and basic mode. The introduction of international business school groundwork.In the third chapter, shenyang normal university in international business, for example, in conjunction with the relevant theories and cases, specific discussed the international school of business management of the status quo.The fourth chapter, through the description of the last chapter, and summarizes the international business school in the successful experience and the deficiency.Chapter5, is mainly to the Joint Education of Sino-foreign Institutions.
