This funding model not only playing an important role in American higher education development process, but also has strong effects in perfecting the countries’student financial aid system from all over the world. Our country’s university students financial aid system, with the1999of the country’s college enrollment comprehensive, the student financial assistance system step by step into the scholar, the support, the loan, the exemption, often integration phase. At present, the growing number of poor students, funding, demand too more and more big, how to more effectively play the role of student financial aid system, become a problem to be solved.First introduce the basic situation of student financial aid system, then from the comparing perspective to compare the student financial aid system between China and the United States, thus to improve our student financial aid system.
