Research On The Problems And Solutions Of Private Higher Education In Henan Province

Private higher education in Henan province started in the eighties of the twentieth century, after30years, it has become an indispensable part of higher education in Henan province, and it is a strong impetus to the development of higher education of Henan province.Private higher education in Henan province has made important achievements, but needless to say, it faces many problems and difficulties in the process of development. On the base of the study, to explore solutions and suggestions, that is the gist of this paper.This paper sat about studying from the course of development of private higher education in Henan province, analyzing the status and characteristics of different periods of development of private higher education, exploring the historical evolution trajectory of private universities in Henan province--based on the K school. In the process of the study, according to the development of K school, this paper analyzed the main characteristics of the school while fully affirmed the achievements made by the school:students dislocation competition, severe development environment, and long-term teacher team troubled etc.The research methods of this paper include quantitative and qualitative analysis, documentary research, comparative analysis and field interview survey, on the basis of drawing on the related theory of private higher education and data collection. This paper analyzed the main problems in the development of private colleges and universities in Henan province, such as the absence of private education regulations and policies, educational philosophy and management issues, low social acceptance, weak in teacher strength, enrollment stress, and obvious employment contradiction. Further, this paper analyzed the reasons for these problems deeply.Builds on the existing research results and perspectives, combining the actual situation of the development of private universities in Henan province, this paper provides problem-solving strategies:improving the regulations of private education system, updating the business concept to strengthen management, establishing brand awareness to improve private universities’core competitiveness, optimizing the teachers structure to improve the treatment of teachers, settling the size of enrollment to take the connotation of development, and multi-ways to solve the problem of employment etc. The author believes that private higher education in Henan province will achieve more brilliant achievements with the growing of social and economic of China.
