The Investigation And Countermeasure Research Of Beijing Industrial Workers’ Quality Education

With the development of staff education in the new field, a full range of quality education has increasingly become a new trend in employee education. During this period the government launched "Worker Quality Education Project", which pushes the education of worker qualities onto the stage of history. An industry worker is the largest group of all worker groups, who is also the major education groups. In recent years, there are some new changes in industrial worker group which led the quality education on industrial workers become to the issue which public concern. This study enabled us to understand the actual situation of industrial workers’quality education and then make some suggestions.This study has five chapters. Following the background study about industrial workers’quality education and review relative literatures in chapterl, key concepts were defined. The second chapter introduces two major research methods. Based on these two chapters, chapter three investigates the current situation of Beijing industrial workers’quality education from whole to parts, analyzes the results and points out many problems exist at present. In the next chapter, we find reasons cause these problems though depth interviews. The last chapter focus the problems provide some good advice which benefit to industrial workers’quality education.On theoretical side, we defined the concept of industrial workers’quality education, which laid a good foundation for future studies. On practice side, the study provides valuable information to other researchers on the fields of industrial workers’quality education, which let them know the situation and problem of this kind of works’education to guild future education practice.
