The Factors Influencing College Students' Leadership And Develop Strategy Research

The leadership ability of college students is an important aspect of the college students’ comprehensive quality. In order to adapt to the globalization, informatization, economic integration, which is the development trend of the times, Developing student leadership education in colleges and universities, not only meet the national quality education, but also meet the requirements of the development of college students. To promote the various universities build a more perfect leadership system mechanism, promoting the college students leadership training, this paper use open-ended questionnaire to prepare the questionnaire of students’leadership elements and the questionnaire of leadership training factors based on literature analysis. Part of the college students in Qingdao are under investigation. The paper draws the conclusions on the basis of analysis of questionnaire data.Therefore, this study put forward suggestions from the view of students themselves, college, family and society on the basis of the above findings. College students need to know what aspects of the leadership to enhance, then focus on improving these aspects, Universities and colleges should strengthen to cultivate leadership ability of their students, improve the college student leadership training system. Parents should give their children a good environment for the growth and foster leadership skills of their children. Society should make policy for college students, encourage college students participate in social practice actively, and improve their leadership qualities.
