| A new developing trend came out in the international education field since the 1980s. The trend which is characterized by the widely use of information technology is called education informatization phenomenon. That modernization information technology based on computer multi-media and network communication can be widely used is the main characteristic of education informatization, which has a powerful momentum of growth and extensive impact. How to adapt to the opportunity which higher education informatization with modern information technology as the platform brings and how to speed up the sports informatization of common university are important subjects to face. Campus sports website is an important window and platform to promote physical education informatization, so the research on how to set up a better and faster university sports website has its important and profound significance.The paper is set in such background as the education informatization conception put forward, the claim of improving the modernization level of education technology and education informatization, of carrying out new century education revitalization plan, facilitating educational innovation and revolution so as to cultivate men to booster social and economic development. The author drew on the previous research, and made comprehensive use of computer science, school sports study, management knowledge and research, together with the literature material law, network survey method, interview method, mathematical statistics method and so on. By making a research on the artist, the content, the function of website which was built by fifteen universities including South University in Chongqing, the author found the websites has the following questions during their construction processes. Firstly, the websites built by common sports department in Chongqing began to take shape and had low development level, which caused most websites couldn’t satisfied their users. Therefore there is still some room for websites to develop and change. Secondly, the university in Chongqing lacked of compound talents who had profound understanding of the school physical education, management, sports website construction technology, college sports departments didn’t pay full attention to sports website construction, and neglected information technology environment of constructing the new physical education teaching and management model, which caused hard and software’s reasonable once designed, and then some problems appeared since its operation. Thirdly, the website built by sports department in Chongqing ordinary universities had a border content and reasonable column setup. However, low amount of information, lagged information update and low information quality still widely existed in the website content, and the sports information resource available for university teachers and students and the public was very rare. Fourthly, the graphic design level of website built by sports department of Chongqing common university was very poor. Problems generally existed such as messy page, poor artist, low user experience level, similar page production form and so on, which cannot satisfy the site users’ aesthetic. Fifthly propaganda and management functions of the researched websites got a better application, but information query and the retrieval, information feedback function development were lagged except the sports website of Southwest University, of which resources sharing function was well designed could meet users’need. The Other websites didn’t have sports information resource database. According to the assessment of the researched websites, the author drew an inclusion. Southwest university sports website possessed higher construction level, more complete function and content during the investigation of the web site, rich section and content, up-to-date information, which reflected higher users’experience level. Sixthly, although most university’s sports website did well in link speed and browser compatibility,there were still some problems existed in a few websites such as slow link speed and website unopen.Based on the existence deficiency by making an investigation on Chongqing university sports site, after deep discussion and exchange of author and experts and counterparts, and after detailed research and thinking, the author recommended some suggestions as follows. Firstly, the university should make a survey on their object, so as to learn about their needs and then set up a reasonable website especially its content and function before websites’construction. Secondly, the school sports department managers and the general physical education teachers should strengthen their understanding of the importance and significance of sports website construction, and clarify the university sports website construction of positioning through training or lecture form. Thirdly, it was essential to train some complex talents who had a profound understanding of university sports education, management and website construction technology. University sports websites should make sports website construction planning, perfect relevant systems of sports website construction and operation, policy, bring the advantage of university human resources into full play, and build some certain well-known sports websites with its local advantage. Fourthly, university sports websites, as an information platform, offering the public healthy service, should exploit resource shared database which possessed the shared function of sports resource, which contained fitness methods, sports technology, mass sports information and so on. Various types of resources could put into use for school teachers, students and the public in the forms of text, images, slides, video, etc. Fifthly, to use the construction experience of outstanding university sports websites and commercial websites at home and abroad for reference, making full use of new information technology methods, the university should exploit excellent websites which suited the new era social development characteristics and had powerful functions. Thus websites could offer personalized sports information resource service for the web users. Sixthly, the university should integrate resources of campus information and sports website, unify information management and information service of the other university construction departments such as teaching management, network teaching management, digital library management, students’management and personnel management system. so as to share relevant data resources. Seventhly, the university should increase capital investment to sports website construction, besides, should develop or purchase hardware and software of powerful function which were used as support. |
