With the rapid development of science and technology, competition between countries is becoming fiercer and fiercer. However, worldwide national comprehensive competition is largely depends on the quality of personnel training. Therefore, all the countries in the world attach great importance to education’s important strategic position in national development. In order to improve the quality of education, we must pay attention to teachers and teachers’ training. Teacher’s education in our country is facing the problem of theory disengaging of practice. Education practice ability of trained teachers cannot meet the actual teaching demands, thus restricted our country’s teacher quality and even the whole education level. The partnership mode of England emphasizes the practice of teacher’s pre-service training. According to strengthen fellow cooperation between University and middle school to cultivate pre-service teachers, therefore, to greatly enhance the effect of the school pre-service teachers’ training, and combine pre-service teacher education’s theory with practice. Teachers are trained by this mode have strong practice ability, and can meet the actual needs of education and teaching. It has a great significance on China’s normal education of practice ability cultivation. This paper analyzed the formation, operation and effect of the mode of British partnership pattern to explore the law and mechanism of the organic combination of theory and the practice teaching. And except to inspire our China’s Normal school students’training. Furthermore, we can afford some reference for our normal school students’training.In the structure, this article divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, in which mainly elaborated the research origin, relevant literature review, research ideas and methods; The second part interpret the practice ability’s training of pre-service teachers’ education; The third part briefly introduces the partnership formation background of practice ability in pre-service teachers’ education; In the fourth part, the partner cooperation mode of running status is discussed from morphology and composition, curriculum, instruction and quality assurance system; The fifth part analyzed the impact of the mode of implementation from the character of British pre-service teachers’ education partnership model, the effect of implementation and the existence question; Finally, combine the current limitation education of normal school students of china to discussed the enlightenment the English partnership models give us.
