The network teaching research complement traditional form,expansion,has many advantagessuch as very flexible,emphasizing humanity,wide open and interactive harmony.How to make fulluse of it,relying on network resources,carry out online activities,to discuss and solve the problemsin education,summarize and enhance the teaching experience to become the major event of thecurrent research activities . However,the existing network teaching research system the followingproblems:platform heavy absorb light demand,teachers take light in free,activities to form lightmethod and lack of effective management of resources . This paper introduces Teacher CooperativeCulture Theory into the platform construction,guide it to development . Teacher CollaborativeCulture is based on the content and form of culture as defined by layers of division of a teachers’culture. It ’s independent and voluntary in accordance with the principles of cooperation of mutualcontact and regulatory action groups of shared values,attitudes,behavioral styles and combination .Teacher cooperation is an inevitable requirement for modern society. To promote it , the sharing andinteractive support group of teachers,should provide right sense of guidance to create a harmoniousenvironment,and network platform provides the construction environment. Given the importance ofTeacher Cooperative Culture Theory, apply it to open,interactive network environment,R & D usedto guide the network teaching research has important practical significance.Using a number of research methods,including literature analysis methods,system sciencemethods,object-oriented design methods, the paper has done some research work in the followingfour aspects.(1)To collect,organize,induction,analysis of relevant literature,the theory and the platformfor the development of study and analysis,to build the idea of based on the Cooperative TeacherCulture Theory network teaching platform.(2)On the basis of analysis of teacher collaborative culture,according to the strategy,guidancenetwork research platform requirements analysis and design platform specific functional modules.(3) The functional modules of the platform to conduct a detailed analysis and design.(4)The network of cultural theory based on teachers teaching and research platform to achieve.The innovations of this paper are as follows:(1) Teacher Cooperative Culture Theory is introduced to the platform’ construction. (2)Be on the important teaching and research functions of the platform.Future work is mainly:To further improve the platform to other expansion module andfunction. To explore a more scientific and efficient network teaching platform,better to promoteteachers professional improvement.
