In the modern football sports, the speed is getting faster and faster, more and more physical contact, more and more intense confrontation. The demand of football game on physical fitness is increasingly higher. Especially in some major international competition, the match fitness often plays a strictly key role. A team want to defeat an opponent in a match, in addition to a good tactical quality, the sufficient physical guarantee, excellent technical and tactical level are key points too. Football skill tactics and physical training is close contact and mutual promotion. Characteristics of Soccer Decision Technology and physical aspects of the two training importance and inseparable, in improving training quality at the same time the development of physical training, make the development of fitness really belongs to the football special physical fitness. When the technical and tactical develop to a certain level, physical fitness team has become the key to victory. In the second half or overtime of the football game, physical factors is more important. So the physical fitness training in soccer occupies a very important position.This paper using the way of literature material law, experts interview, on-the-spot investigation, test method and mathematical statistics to analysis the 22 players’ physical training of Shaanxi Chanba U-19male soccer players, the physical training the following conclusions:1. The physical training distribution of Shaanxi province U—19 male football club is detailed and reasonable, and the physical ability training of distribution is related to the overall distribution of physical training of the season. General physical training and endurance training is mainly concentrated in the preparation period and League break; speed and strength training almost throughout all periods; technical and tactical training mainly in the period of competition.2. The winter plan of Shaanxi province U—19 male football club is also detailed, but the total physical training classes are only 45 days, just accounted for less than 30% of the total class number, compared to the same level of the other teams, fitness training proportion is far behind.3. Shaanxi province U—19 male football club have a better class training program, a detailed description of the training content, training, training frequency and the length of time the training sequence, there is a basic course structure, divided into the preparation part, basic part and an end part, also annotated training load the amount of basic trend, therefore, to grasp the accurate class coaches.4. From the Shaanxi province of U—19 male football players’physical fitness test results:10 meters acceleration and three jumps before and after the training result significant difference (P< 0.05); sensitivity test before, posttest scores with a very significant difference (P< 0.01);30 m sprints, although some longitudinal jump improved but not significant; and YOYO test before, posttest scores almost without any difference. Thus, training on endurance training is obviously insufficient.
