In recent years as China’s education the enterprise the vigorous development and deepening, social sports specialized talented person’s demand to also put forward higher requirement.Sports education training study master graduate student responsible for a prospective teacher’s role, they education practice ability strong and the weak directly related to the pedagogue all aspects of the quality of the improved.Nowadays, with the graduate student of colleges and universities graduates increased year by year, the employment pressure also increase year by year, make it become the graduates have solid teaching ability of graduates is very important.Our sports meet is of colleges and universities, but also develop the cradle of sports talents, in order to make the after graduate school can better adapt to the society, we should train the ability of students’ expert, sports education training for our graduate students learn good education practice ability is the necessary premise to enhance its competitiveness.This research mainly use a literature data method, questionnaire and mathematical statistics and analysis and other methods,Our sports education training study of master graduate student school rules of48hours into the teaching ability of the basic framework of the system construction, and in the sports teaching ability the theory discussion foundation in our education training study graduate student sports teaching ability present situation to carry on the investigation.1.
