Research About The Optimization Of College Counselors’ Quality Structures Based On New Characteristics Of Post-90College Students

How to do a good job of ideological and political education of college students, to cultivate successors for the socialist cause under the historical opportunity and the accelerating reform and development of universities badly need urgent far-researching and exploration, which is major and strategically significant.This paper aims to find out the ideological and morality of the contemporary college students, characteristic values, cognitive needs, relational schema and their mental development based on questionnaires and interview surveys to post-90generations. According to the survey on counselors’quality structures, this paper addresses an exact way of optimizing the quality structure of college counselors, which is a reference for strategy of invigorating the country through science, technology and education and the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development.Specifically, beginning from the status of counselors, this paper proposes two ways of improving and optimizing the counselors’quality structures. First is the upgrade from the self-improvement approach to develop and optimize the structure of counselor’qualities. This is divided into self-improvement through a comprehensive study to enhance and optimize counselors’quality structures; then practice to raise the overall optimizing structure of counselors’qualities. Second is the optimization from the perspective of team building to enhance the counselors" quality structures, including managing the quantity and quality of the team, improving the training system and establishing a rational evaluation svstem.The main innovation of this paper is firstly located in the following parts. The current college students were mainly born in the1990s. Because of the rapid growth of social environment, they have distinct characteristics of the limes. Under this background. domestic scholars rarely focus on the systematic research based on the new characteristics of post-90generations about the structural optimization of quality from college counselors. Secondly, this paper plans to find out the current status of counselors" quality structures and identify the problems of their quality. Third is accordingly proposing the approach to improving and optimizing the structure of counselors’ quality structures.
