The community sports is an important component in our social spiritual civilizationconstruction, also is an essential in the process of the modern society development. With theEleventh National Games of2009was successfully held in Shandong Province, and theTwenty-third Shandong Games of2014will be held in Jining City. Both of this will greatly improvethe level of community sports in Jining City. It plays an important role in promoting our socialsports career, which is comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development. At the same time,it strengthens the city community basketball sports interaction.In this paper, literature, questionnaire survey method, investigation and interview,mathematical statistics and other research methods to explore the development of communitybasketball movement; and community basketball movement in Jining, the important role of thecommunity through the sport of basketball Jining carried out in-depth survey of the status quostudies, analysis of Jining communities to carry out the process of basketball the main problems andtheir causes, proposed Jining community basketball campaign response. This paper studies thedevelopment of Jining City community basketball situaiton and put forword the constructive andrelevant measures to promote the development of Jining City basketball community has importantpractical significance. Toimprove the management system, enhance the management of the Organization of idle; a specificform of innovative basketball movement make full use of neighboring sites; strengtheningcommunity basketball entertainment publicity.
