Basketball community as an important content and form of mass sports, generations sincethe founding of our party and state leaders were particularly concerned about the collective andattention, but through continuous development and improvement of the five historical periods,the current has initially formed a national fitness and sports industry development guidelines forthe three-dimensional environment laws and policies. At the same time as the basketball community toensure funding for the development of a more fundamental shortages and over-reliance onexternal funding for sexual and other sponsorship and raising channels, it is difficult to ensurethe continuity and stability of the activity; Fourth Changchun City residents are mostlyvoluntary participation in basketball, the lack of necessary organizational and guidance. In theexisting organization and guidance systems, more professional basketball is more direct andeffective social groups and communities, streets grassroots organizational strength remainedweak. Eventually, the above problems and shortcomings, combined with the current overalltrend of the domestic and the local community sports development experiences around thesubject of community participation in basketball, opinions and suggestions were made as well as activities in the form of hardware and software building.
