This article owns two basements. One is the experiencing summing-up of self-education exercitation. The other is the study and practice of the latest historical course innovation of junior middle school. China has started the largest amount of basic education innovation on the beginning of21century,while hubei province has taken off the innovation of historical course innovation of junior middle school from2009. Practice is the source of cognition. Only to put what we have learned into practice and summarized it carefully can we get deeper cognition and steer practice.Various units need to cooperate and correspond with each other to ensure the successful proceeding of new course innovation, including the support of government, advice of expert, guarantee of the law, active participation and implementation of teachers. In all these factors, teachers are regarded as the main force of education. Because in the process of innovation, Ministry of Education and experts in all fields just give out a macroscopical compendium, the practical fulfillment, such as the implement scheme, teaching materials, teaching policy are all accomplish by teachers. As the practical cultivator, whether they can exert the should be effect depends on their diathesis.Teacher education is the pre-teacher development phase, normal students are the intending teacher, the integer diathesis of normal students is tightly related to the future development of education and society, so normal students should undertake the innovation obligation, erect bran-new teaching concept in the pre-teacher phase and improve self diathesis thoroughly to face the challenge of new course innovation.
