Internet and multimedia technologies has promoted the rapid development of China’s Web-based teaching, the construction of network-based courses also has made good progress. Web-based course itself is a carrier to display the teaching content by a variety of media. Using the network course learning is a kind of multimedia learning, so the research of teaching content design cannot do without the multimedia learning research. At present, they often focus their study on the teaching theory model, development technology, instructional design and interface design, while seldom on the interaction between teachers and learners, combining teaching content design and multimedia learning. In this paper, starting with the analysis of presented way for the network teaching content at home and abroad, points out the existing problems in content rendering, based on an amount of literature. Then according to these problems and knowledge classification theory, I put a forward conception for interaction of the teaching content templates under the guidance of cognitive theory-multimedia learning, knowledge classification theory and instructional interaction theory. At first, the author divided the content templates into two types, declarative and procedural template. After that, I subdivide each categories again on the practical teaching experience, like dynamic circle, flow chart etc. Finally the author develops an online learning platform with template library by silverlight technology and c#programming language for the practice. So as to provide the theory and practice for the design and development of network course, to improve speed and quality for school teachers who develop network courses.
