From the end of the last century, accompanied by network technology and modern information technology largely used in the field of education study, the mode of the E-learning is increasingly been accepted and extensively applied. But there still have so many problems around the area of digital educational resources applications:the "massive" resources ignored the usefulness of education; the repeat contractive resources are lacking of an effective platform for synergistic collaboration; the repository exchange and interactive performance are not good enough, audit and evaluation of resources and management system is not perfect. On the other hand, the economic level and learners level of computer use in the area of educational environment is still low, therefore, to find a technical threshold and lower cost learning platform, which can solve many problems in the field of digital education resources is increasely become the focus of our research.The basic researches in this paper are as follows:The first chapter discriminatively analyzed many problems that exist in the field of digital education resources, and summarized the research background, significance, innovation and research methods.The second chapter traces the moodle and other learning mode platform environment generated by the world scope of Open Educational Resources movement, focused to summarize the status quo of moodle, development trend and operation which are more suited to China’s implementation. Give an innovative and dialectical attitude towards moodle’s pursue in China are not only identified the moodle platform’s advantage in features, such as powerful interactive platform to solve so many problems in the digital educational resources applications, social educational philosophy of constructivism, and low cost advantage of open source. Of course, this find out the moodle’s problem of natural environment disaffected in China, and find out how to avoid weaknesses to provide a reference direction for moodle’s pursue.The third chapter, from a technical perspective, analysis of the need to build a LAMP environment, the various elements of the LAMP, and give a detailed step of the moodle platform configuration conditions and the specific installation process.Chapter four:From the ideological and scientific basis, as well as independent, collaborative, and interactive features analyzed the application mode of the moodle platform, and innovative use the case study model. The moodle platform development is more mature in the process of using two learning mode:web quest based on the network inquiry-based learning and PBL Problem-oriented case demonstrates to do self-learning and case demonstration. Through case-based educational practice, we hope that the courses in the information construction, innovative education learning mode and the teaching practice of the moodle platform can provide good examples to the majority of educators and learners.Chapter five:For practical utility of the case demonstrates, we random survey of teachers and students in the Department of Information Management. Then summarizes the practical utility from a different point of view of educators and learners, and use practical utility to verify the applicability of the moodle and reflect on this demonstration.Chapter six:Make a summary, outlook and give questions related to the reform.
