The undergraduate course educates is higher education’s foundation. To a great extent, the quality of undergraduate course effects higher education’s quality. In recent years, regarding the Ministry of Education undergraduate course teaching level appraisal, the undergraduate course quality of teaching project and the school medium and long-term education development project, released many reform undergraduate courses to educate the teaching, various undergraduate courses colleges and universities in Gansu Province improved the undergraduate course quality of teaching. Although the Gansu Province higher education enterprise has achieved the very great achievement, some folk appraisal organization basis newborn matriculation quality and the teacher academic level are equally not optimistic.For college students’view, this paper attempts to research the undergraduate students’ Professional orientation, Personnel training pattern which students are involed, Practice teaching experienced. Study atmosphere and Ability appraisal by the questionaire survey. The survey results indicate that the majority graduate students are willing to take office in the enterprise or the independent undertaking. The overwhelming majority undergraduate students are unsatisfied to Professional and course, are quite negative to course content’s appraisal and to the bilingual education. In the end, the author put forward the feasible proposal to resolve the above questions.
