The development of knowledge management is coming with human society, In theinformation society people become take more attention in this part. With the coming of theknowledge economy time, the information and knowledge has become the most importantresource organization. Will keep the organization as a lasting competitive advantage is the sourceof the capital as real and wealth, and carry on the effective recognition, acquisition, development,use, storage and sharing, is both implicit knowledge and explicit knowledge transformation andthe way to share with each other, but also use the collective wisdom improve strain andinnovation ability of the method. Therefore, the organization would like to achieve efficientmanagement of various resources and to share the resources we should attach importance to theknowledge management.In the new century, the world within the scope of the education reform blustery, peoplecome to realize, teachers’ professional development has not a single aspect of the educationproblem and theoretical concept, but education and a country society, economy, science andtechnology and the national psychology to adapt the dynamic process, with a comprehensive,systemic and developmental, compound, the education idea and mode of practice. And asteachers’ professional development in the important part of the development of professionalknowledge also can not be ignored. Due to the national conditions and so on various aspectsdifference, the teachers’ professional knowledge in developing and developed countries still has alarge gap, promoting teachers’ professional knowledge development of new, developingstrategies for less. So, will the thought of knowledge management into the development ofteachers’ professional knowledge, for teachers of tacit knowledge, teachers’ team of miningbusiness and development, improve teachers’ quality, professional knowledge sharing andinnovation will be an impact.The main focus of this study is to through the school organization to promote thedevelopment of teachers group professional knowledge, research focuses on knowledgemanagement strategy selection and use, aims to school organization knowledge managementstrategy to promote teacher’s professional knowledge development. Through a large number ofliterature, books of the paging through and finishing, to the literature methodology, case study,questionnaire investigation, interview method as the main research method, in this study werethe first chapter discusses four aspects, namely the problem put forward, research contents, the research significance and research methods, the author puts forward the theme of this study,theoretical basis and realistic basis, and the use of research methods. The second chapter, thetheoretical basis for the part, this paper discusses the knowledge background through theknowledge management to promote teachers’ professional development, the possibility andnecessity, including four parts, the first three part of this paper discusses teachers’ professionaldevelopment, the teachers’ professional knowledge and knowledge management of the basictheory, this paper discusses the main contents and each theory relations between each other,especially as the research subject teachers’ professional knowledge and the relationship betweenknowledge management, this paper as the fourth chapter in knowledge management strategyproposed the theory basis. The third chapter introduces the practice of primary school ofshenyang X for the results of the survey, is divided into three parts, respectively is researchschool basic situation introduction, research school teacher knowledge management presentsituation investigation and the knowledge management and analyzes the reasons, to this part ofthe content as the fourth chapter of the proposed strategy based on reality. The fourth chapter arethe focus of this study chapters, in combination with the front theory basis and practical surveybasis. Put forward the school teachers’ professional knowledge level of specific knowledgemanagement strategy, with the teachers’ professional knowledge and knowledge management ofthe related theory as a foundation, with the actual situation of primary school X from systembased on set, cultural construction, technical Settings and group coordination training and so onfour aspects to interpret, and then puts forward the feasible strategy to promote teachers’professional knowledge development this ultimate goal.
