Since2006,10Sixth CPC Central Committee proposed "build a large social work personnel," Chinese mainland’s practice of social work in the Pearl River Delta (Shenzhen, Guangdong in particular) gained rapid development. However, China’s Social Work in Enterprise is still in the exploratory phase, the theory and practice of their professional experience are very scarce, so that the social workers can only advance cautiously. Traditional business-oriented social work from a macro business perspective, which lead the social worker into a "dilemma" when they face of cognitive conflict between themselves and the the masses, the conflict between protection of vulnerable workers and maintenance of business interests and the conflict between professional duties and responsibilities of business management, etc. Based on this situation, I practice in G Enterprises in Shenzhen in2011. During this time, through the way of staff interviews, participant observation and direct intervention to have a comprehensive understanding of the G Enterprises, the author put forward the Social Work in Enterprise of employee-oriented,which combined with social work values and professional ethics theory. Social Work in Enterprise of employee-oriented from a new perspective and pay attention to human needs, giving priority to motivate and train the staff, making the organizational design follow people-centered. It can be better to achieve the common development of employees and enterprises, so that the social workers can get out of ethical dilemma of Social Work in Enterprise. Social Work in Enterprise of employee-oriented lay stress on the importance of people, promote much more satisfaction of demand of mental activity of staff, so that employees’goals could consistent with the objectives of business, at the same time, it can enhance staffs enthusiasm to promote the business value maximization and actualize the multilateral win-win consequence of company.
