In Modern society, the teachers are demanded increasingly high. Teachers intheir daily work, not just play the role of knowledge transfer, but also to play thefriend of students, parental guidance, behavior, example of a more complex role.Monotonous and heavy work so that teachers put into more and more, with thepassage of time teachers can easily produce burnout. Teachers’ work is repetitive,heavy workload, so that teachers are often struggling to cope. Characteristics ofeducation and school administrative structure only a few teachers to be able to embarkon high-level leadership positions, teachers’ chances of promotion are relatively small.After working for some time, the professional development of teachers easy access tothe plateau. Problems arising due to the special nature of the teaching profession,career plateau, burnout, and career development in addition to affecting the physicaland mental health of teachers, will also affect the students and the whole developmentof education. Therefore, the concern of professional development, to solve theproblem has become very important in the professional development of teachers.At home and abroad made some research on teachers’ career plateau, job burnoutand turnover intention and their mutual relations. The results show that career plateau,job burnout and turnover intention, there is correlation, this relationship is direct orindirect, is still unknown. Therefore, this study through the investigation to try toanalyze the relationship between these variables.This study was a secondary school teacher career plateau, job burnout andturnover intention survey, analysis of the characteristics of secondary school teachersin these areas, revealing secondary school teachers’ career plateau, job burnout and turnover intention relationship, which the school management and teachers ofindividuals to make recommendations accordingly to reduce the turnover intention ofsecondary school teachers, to enhance teachers’ professional well-being, and promotephysical and mental health of teachers.This study selected 437 secondary school teachers for teachers’ career plateauquestionnaire, teacher burnout questionnaire and teacher turnover intentionquestionnaire as a tool by the Pearson product moment correlation and regressionanalysis found:(1) secondary school teachers in vocational career plateau in the titles on thereare significant with the difference, performance medium to teach Advanced Teachers’Career plateau level significantly higher than in teaching a teacher and the taught twoteachers; seniority on, also have significant differences, the performance for theteaching significantly higher than in other teaching phase of teacher for the 21-25 yearteachers; significant differences in marital status, unmarried teachers’ performancewas significantly higher than for married teachers; no significant differences in gender.Teacher burnout significant differences in gender, performance significantly higherthan female teachers to male teachers; significant difference in the title, theperformance of two teachers to teach in higher than to teach a teacher and seniorteacher; in seniority significant difference in the performance of teaching experiencefor teachers of 21-25 years were significantly higher than teachers in other teachingstage; no significant differences in marital status. Secondary school teachers to leavethe tendency to gender differences in performance significantly higher than that offemale teachers, male teachers turnover intention; significant difference in the title,the performance was significantly higher than in teaching, a teacher and seniorteacher taught two teachers; teaching experience, there are significant differences inperformance for the teaching experience for teachers in more than 25 years wasIV significantly higher than in other teaching phase of teacher; no significant differencesin marital status.(2) Teachers’ career plateau and teacher turnover intention was positivelycorrelated. Teachers’ career plateau level is higher, the higher the turnover intention.(3) Teacher burnout and teacher turnover intention was positively correlated. Thehigher the level of teacher burnout, the higher the turnover intention.(4) Teacher burnout, emotional exhaustion factor fully mediated between theteachers ’career plateau trends in the plateau factor and teacher turnover intention;emotional exhaustion factor in teachers’ career plateau plateau factor and teacherturnover intention from the part of the intermediary role between. To personalizedteacher burnout factor in the trend of teachers’ career plateau in plateau, contentplateau factor and teacher turnover intention from the part of the intermediary role.Teacher burnout, low personal accomplishment factor in the trend of teachers’ careerplateau in plateau, content plateau factor and teacher turnover intention from the partof the intermediary role.
