Employer brand is fast emerging as a new brand of doctrine, an attractiveemployer brand can attract high-level talent to join the enterprise, so it is a majorconcern for enterprises, and in degree graduate between the undergraduate anddoctoral students, the group has higher professional skills and overall quality, bythe favor of the enterprise, so this research taking the graduate for example ismore practical significance.This paper adopts the literature search, interviews, and empirical analysis to studythe elements of the ideal employer branding for the graduate.the conclusions ofthis paper include:(1) the elements of the ideal employer branding for the graduateis constituted by the four dimensions, namely, the dimension of the symbolicvalue, the dimension of the psychological value,the dimension of developmentvalue, the dimension of the economic value.(2) In the different background ofgender, specialty, grade, whether the one-child, whether the internship experience,the determinants of the attractiveness of employer branding has significantdifference. |
