| This study is based on the reaserch way of narrative inquiry in education. Considering theactual situation, Tongtong is determined as the object of study upon investigation and screening.Then, after collecting data by interviews, observation and recording, some educational philosophy,which is from the most subtle intentions, are realized when teachers face their sensory integrationdysfunctioned student.In the one-semester’s practice of correction on Tongtong, some big changes emerge onTongtong. His learning is from the “bottom†to the average level, also his behavior is from “bebullied†to a well-recognized exellent food administrator. This article aims to sum up the advocatededucational philosophy by exploring the teachers in the course of the experience in three stages.This educational philosophy is that if teachers desire to teaching students well, teachers not onlyneed excellent educational skills, but also need an unconditional inclusive love in their hearts.In the first stage, the teacher generates the idea of giving up because of Tongtong’s ignoranceof classroom discipline. The study finds out that the teacher’s simple heart makes herself insist andunderstand child’s inner world at last. Teachers put down the idea of the results, ranking and honor,and clearly aware of their task as teachers is to educate students and help them grow, that wouldmake teachers really use their teaching literacy and strategies to educate students well.In the second stage, the practice of educational correction for Tongtong gets some goodeffects. His classroom performance and homework completion becomes much better. Especiallythrough the observation of Tongtong’s brave speech in music class and “exam eventsâ€, the resultcomes out, that is, teachers’s trust and waiting for the students’ problem-solving ability also are amuch-needed professionalism. Futhurmore, kindness, sense of responsibility, training and hardwork spirit are a teacher’s indispensable quality on professional developmental way. With thesequalities, teachers will be able to accumulate wisdom of educational practice, and cultivate a trulyexcellent people. In the third stage, with heart of love, Tongtong’s head teacher digs carefully and enlargeTongtong’s subtle advantage that he always finishing classmates’ boxes seriously, and make himbecome food administrator, in order to cultivate his sense of responsibility and self-confidence.Also with psychological teacher’s help, Tongtong gradually establish a sense of order. All aboveefforts make Tongtong become to be a trusted food administrator, and his academic performancealso straight up. Through observation and interviews, the study finds that there are many teacherslike Tongtong’s head teacher who finds students’ shine carefully arounds us, they have love in theirhearts, but arduous task of teaching and competitive pressures temporatily obsure it.Throughout the whole three stages for Tongtong’s practice of educational correction, thestudy finds out that Tongtong’s big progress comes from teachers’ unconditonal acception. It isteachers’ true dedication to poor students, and secretly capturing students’ subtle advantages with amagnifying glass, give the space and opportunities for children to deveplop their best selves. |
