Research On Presidential Election System In Russian Federation

As a national democratic transfer of the state power, the presidential election of Russian in democratic political life occupies an important position. Because of the important role of the President in the power system of separation of powers in Russia, the Russian presidential election become one of the social and political activities, that people、political parties and various social and political organizations most concerned about.what’s more, it also become the focus of the conflict different stages of development in transition period in Russian society.Select the head of a state, in fact, is to choose the process of national development direction. The1993Russian Constitution and the presidential election law2003laid the basis of the Constitution and the basis of the law for presidential election in Russia. President of the Russian Federation, the electoral system has been in continuous changes and additions since the preliminary determination, as of today, in Russia has produced a sixth president. This paper intends to do a comb through the theory and practice of the Russian presidential election, more comprehensive and profound understanding of the electoral system of the Russian President, hope to promote the study about the presidential elections of Russian in our country.
