The family is the cell of society, family harmony is an important part of social harmony.However, domestic violence is a discord in the marriage and family,and it has become a worldwide problem as it complex subject.In China, domestic violence is increasingly more seriously,not only the physical and mental health of the victims, the legitimate rights and interests, undermine social stability and harmony, but also had a negative impact on the next generation of the family, has attracted the attention of the whole society, so in-depth study of the anti-domestic violence legal issues,are of great significance in theory and practice.At the first of the paper,i defined the concept of domestic violence, the limited scope of this study and the current situation, and on this basis to describe the awareness of domestic violence and harm.
