With the prosperity of the national economy and the advance of the political civilization, more and more women are stepping into kinds of leadership positions in Party and government organs. They play active roles in the political field, and have made great contributions for the development of the state and society. It’s well known that female leaders are the potential talents of Chinese Party and government leaders. Secondly, collect128materials about128women who are all party and government leaders at the provincial level and above, and grasp the basic information of the materials using quantitative statistical methods according to various variable factors, such as age, nationality, hometown, political affiliation, academic degree, profession, etc. Thirdly, probe into the growth law of female leaders in Chinese Party and government organs by the way of case study on Chinese modern female leaders respectively from the external factors, including social environment, family environment, growth path of female Party and government leaders, and internal factors, including individual ideal, personality characteristics, behavior traits, etc. In the end, sum up the growth law and respectively discuss about the cultivation and self-development of female leaders.
