Building China’s Notarial Creditability System On The Perspective Of Notarial Legal System

As an important legal system of credit guarantee, the maximum value of the notarial system lies in the "creditability". Based on practices of notary public and how to improve the notarial legal system, this paper is discussed the China’s construction of notarial ereditability system, described and analyzed the notarial ereditability and improvement of the notarial legal system to ensure the function of the notarial ereditability, and improvement of the notarial liability compensation system and professional liability insurance system, as well as construction promotion of the notarial team career, notarial quality assurance system, supervision and inspection system, etc, for the purposing of closely connecting the notary law research to the law notarial practice.
