| China, as largest developing country in Asia, Japan, as the largest developedcountry in Asia, since the establishment of diplomatic relations in the two countrieshas been engaged in extensive and profound cooperation in political, economic,cultural and other fields. The relationship between China and Japan is the mostimportant bilateral relationship in Asia. Since the date of establishment of diplomaticrelations between China and Japan, the dispute of East Sea has always hindered thefurther development of relations between the two countries, the same as the EastChina Sea. The dispute of East Sea between China and Japan include two questions:the sovereignty of Diaoyu Island and the demarcation of the disputed sea area. Andwith the development of event that the Japanese wanted “buy†the Island, therelationships between China and Japan fall into ice point in the trajectory of recovery-ice point-melting ice-recovery. To reorganize the dispute of East Sea between Chinaand Japan in time sequence, we can find that the history belonging of Diaoyu Island isthe key of the dispute of East Sea. The fundament reason of the dispute of East Seabetween China and Japan is that China and Japan have great interest demands in EastSea. Due to the presence of significant interest demands, the factors that affect theEast China Sea dispute settlement includes not only the difficulty achievement of jointdevelopment and the difference methods of delimitation, but also the inciting of right-wing forces in Japan and the strategy of United States to return to Asia-Pacific. TheEast China Sea dispute including two issues: the history of the question of attribution of the Diaoyu Islands and the delimitation of the East Sea. It analyses the history ofthe ownership of Diaoyu Islands, the development of Chunxiao oil and gas fieldissues, the event of Diaoyu Islands "collision" as well as the Japan "Buy island"event, explain the causes and background of the East Sea dispute. Facing with thecomplexity of the situation in the East Sea region, firstly we should avoid the occurrence of the war. The Second, we must strengthen communication, to solve theproblem by political means, and the third we should negotiate the establishment of amaritime crisis management mechanism, through negotiation and other peacefulmeans to solve the problem. The East Sea dispute is not a short period of time tosolve the problem.
