Study On The Internal Governance Mechanisms Innovative Of Social Organizations

With the development of the socialist market economy and the change of the social structure, the social organization, which is regarded as the third party except for the government authorities and enterprises, plays an important role as the connection between the authorities and citizens. However, it cannot be neglected in the development of our society. Under the circumstance of rapidly expanding organizations, it is the most important to apply the synergistic effect of social organizations into the management sufficiently and to improve its ability and level through optimizing the inner structure of social organizations in current society.In this thesis, we investigated and discussed the internal managing mechanism of social groups from a selected spot to the entire area, which is the important part of social organization. Through the investigation of the internal governance structure in social groups and the survey of self-construction condition, a new mechanism will be constructed to effectively improve social management and the structure of internal governance. At first, it is introduced by structural features of the organization governance and the governance mechanisms, which contains characteristics and types of social organizations. Besides, based on the research data from the social groups in Dalian, it also analyzes the internal self-construction of social groups, internal structures and management systems as well as clarifying the problems existing in these social groups. Then, it analyses the self-construction of social group in some western developed countries such as American, Britain and Germany, which concludes some valuable suggestions and advice for our social organizations. By combining the public organization and the public management theory, the practical experience can be adopted from the western countries, internal management mechanism and mode innovation of social organization, and can be will be deeply discussed in our country. And finally the available upgrade framework in mechanism innovation and relative suggestions will be given.
