| In recent years, frequent charity scandal makes increasing attention be paid to the charity, and the charity scandal triggered operational difficulties or even charitable crisis of charitable organizations, which caused many negative impacts to the construction of harmonious society. Charitable organization is the carrier of the charity, and the charity is an important part of the social security system in China, so charitable organizations play an important role in the process of the building a harmonious society. Credibility is the lifeblood of the charitable organization, the foundation of charitable organization’s survival and development. Currently, there are many problems such as lack and shortage of credibility within charitable organizations widespread in China, seriously affecting the operational efficiency of charitable organization, and tremendously weakening its ability to provide public service and sustainable development. To improve the credibility, charitable organizations should promote and strengthen internal governance basing on the optimization of their survival and development environment, then perfect their internal governance structure, governance mechanisms and improve their own ability.This paper divides into six parts. The first part is the chapter one, which introduced the background, the purpose and the meanings of the selected topic, reviewed the current research status at home and abroad on the internal governance of charitable organization’s credibility, defined the core concepts of this article, sorted out the main content and the research methods of this article, and made analysis on possible innovation and difficulties.The second part excavated the intrinsic relationship between construction of credibility and internal governance of the charitable organization, dissected the needs of internal governance when building the credibility of the charitable organization, and then explored internal governance’s influence on the construction of charitable organizations’credibility.The third chapter designed the framework of the internal governance mechanisms for the credibility constriction of charitable organizations, and built the framework of the internal governance mechanisms from three perspectives:form, content and mechanism.The chapter four analyzed the current achieved achievements and problems in internal governance of charitable organization’s credibility construction, and made profound analysis on the reasons causing these problems.The fifth chapter proposed the internal governance strategy to strengthen the construction of charitable organizations’credibility:build a scientific and rational internal governance structure of charitable organizations; perfect the governance of the Council in charitable organizations; improve the governance of the Board of Supervisors in charitable organizations; strengthen internal audit system in charitable organizations.The sixth chapter as the conclusion of this article,.summarized the main content of the full text further, and then pointed out the issues those need further study. |
