With the development of market economy, the social division of labor to speed up, theoperator with the information asymmetry between consumers become the norm. In order tofully protect the interests of consumers, more and more countries through Civil law, Law ofConsumers’ Rights and Interests for a particular consumer contracts require the system ofconsumer’s right to regret. From the current consumer market and consumer quality levelpoint of view, the addition of a limited system of consumer’s right to regret in China isrelatively mature.The article is divided into five parts, the main contents include:Part Ⅰ: Introduction.
