Farmer’s moral construction is not only a civic virtue and an important moral construction of new countryside construction, is to build a socialist harmonious society, the development of social civilization, the achievement an important part of the development of socialist modernization. Contemporary rural China is experiencing from the traditional agricultural society to a modern agriculture and social development of the transition period, the conflicts in rural areas is apparent in the overal. The role of ethical ideological constraints was a vacuum in certain degree in the social transformation of agriculture. New farmers are trying to find the hope from the current conflicts and hope out in the conflict of the moral dilemma. As this purpose this paper on the changes of the times and the needs of socialist modernization, under the Party Central Committee advocated building a civic virtue and a new socialist countryside, fully implement the line of the Chinese Communist Party, principles and policies, analysis the moral status of the existing farmers and moral depth in the process of building a comprehensive and systematic theoretical, Hope for providing some meaningful way of thinking and problem-solving approach to the moral development of Chinese peasants.First of all, I went down to the majority of farmers in Liaoning Province during the summer vacation, conducting a wide range of empirical investigation, Verifying as the typical form of confirmation survey. To learn of the moral status of farmers, in this paper, we object the investigation form the different regions, different gender, age and other aspects. Secondly, through of the further study of the moral status of farmers in Liaoning Province caused by reasons, in this part of the study, Morality appears to farmers some of the important issues of depth and expertise, To draw the moral construction workers, farmers and practitioners of high priority, putting forward proposals for farmers moral standards and the improvement moral construction. Last, in this paper, basing on preliminary analysis, we proposed approach and specific measures for the farmers of moral construction. Hope for our farmers provide some moral building valuable reference, own modest morality for the New farmers contribution.
