In recent years,community service of our country has got rapid progress and we have got much useful experience.But still it has many short comings compared with mature community service in the world.Blow on the face with the fact that e-administration and information tide,"figure city""figure community""electron community" and "community informatization"have also entered experts’sights.In some places of our country,the information construction has already been discussed by some scholars and have already got certain effect.With the government function change,the convenient measures for people have been put into effect and the harmonious society and community have been carried forward,our country material and spiritual civilization get new accomplishment unceasingly,city construction reaches new height of success and the standard and need of the material life and cultural life of the people appear new promotion.This study aims at studying information construction and making it how to serve the people better and let the extensive community residents really enjoy the benefits that brought about by informatization and figure city construction,and the convenience and quickness for people’s daily life and work that brought about by information technology range,but the research of informatization around service is fairly deficient.Using the methods of comparative analysis,this dissertation mainly studies the realization approaches of informatization that are suited to the actuality in China based on the theories of community service and informatization.Then the author put forward the constructive suggestions for the development of the informatization in future.
