The Evolution Of Chinese Political Participation From Mobilization To Active

Political participation is an important symbol of political modernization, is also an important content of political democracy in China. Chinese political participation has experienced mobilization participation to active political participation since the founding of PRC. This change can be divided into three periods:the early nineteen fifty’s of Twentieth Century、period between1955to1978which include the great cultural revolution、and period after the Reform and Openness. The cause of this change is the establishment of market economic system, the change of political system and political development space, the change of social interest relations and interest structure, and development of technical conditions.This paper is from the perspective of the process of social development, investigates the evolution of Chinese citizens’participation from mobilization to active, sees the change of Chinese political process. With the clue of time, by analyzing the main causes and basis of such change, then put forward to settlements. Proposed measures to address and resolve the problem of our country’s citizen political participation, then guide the citizens participate politic actively and orderly and provide some reference for the process of political democratization of the country.
