The extent and speed of urbanization which is the inevitable trend of social development is an important measure of a country’s modernization. Recently, as the social transformation of our country deepening and modernization and industrialization developing, the step of urbanization process increasingly accelerates and the city size is becoming larger and larger. On the wave of national demolition, people move out of dilapidated houses into new buildings, which lead living environment improved greatly. However, the rapid growing Chinese city construction generates the expansion and reform of suburb land to meet the need of development and construction. The originally pro-people projects proposed to have construction of new urban and reform of shanty towns by the governments have become a kind of "petition project" which is full of disputes and contradiction. The social problems caused by the residents of housing demolition emerge endlessly, the credibility of the government falls, collective appeals for help frequently happen; economic compensation disputes, armed conflict forms upgrade and so on. These have affected the social stability and economic development severely and caused the concern of the governments, media and even the whole society. We have an empirical study on the relocation mode of Village H in Shenyang in the context. During the study, the paper transform form the traditional angle basic of the policy legal aspects into microcosmic level to have an analysis on city demolition. Through the detailed description on the process and consequence of demolition model in Village H, we have had the present two parallel demolition models, demolition and relocation mode of government or developers. By the means of study villagers’attitude and strategy on the two models and research on how and what can affect their interest, we can have a better learn of the current city housing disputes interests dilemma and its origin, in order to provide some references to solve the problem of farmers’relocation.Considering the two main objective problems in research, first, Village H was in sensitive period of anti disturbance. The village group refused to provide the name of demolition villagers to anyone. Secondly, after the demolition the villagers live scattered and have very large liquidity. This made author hard to get the guaranteed access to the selected village even if had got the list. Therefore, the author had to adopt snowball sampling method. Although this method has certain limitation, combining with questionnaires and depth interview, the author extend the sample size of investigation as much as possible to reveal the real situation of Village HIn qualitative interviews, the author mainly study on demolition village strategy choice during demolition, government in terms of political resource and economic resource has overwhelming advantage. Although developers don’t have resources as much as government, by the use of economic, information, and even violence resource the developers also hold the initiative. Faced with this situation, the optimal strategy is to buy more housing votes.Second is to increase land attachment compensation. The last is to be a "nail households" Through the deep analysis of the way villagers pursuit their interest, the author finally summarizes three kind of logic behind their behavior, matching logic, survival ethics logic and capital combination logic. The part of quantitative mainly describes the attitude and behavior of villagers of different demolition modes, and has a deep analysis on the influencing factors of its attitude and behavioral differences. Through statistical analysis, the author found the factors that influence the process may be divided into the following four stages, policy cognitive phase, psychological expectation phase, action selection phase and behavior results phase. The villagers reflect different psychological reactions to different relocation policy. They will consider the situation to adjust their negotiating price. Then psychological expectations will influence on the specific process of removing strategy selection and finally on the satisfaction evaluation of life movedFinally, the author thinks that both the demolition and villagers are inescapable responsible for what have happened in Village H, removal efficiency low and village dilemma deep. There are many aspects of factors that affect the demolition, demolition compensation policy not perfect, administrative execution injustice and villagers gouging. Can not any single part solve this problem.
