In recent years, to remedy the shortage of talented people in the the new socialist countryside construction,significantly improve the overall quality of rural grassroots cadres,coordinat urban-rural development, our state department has established a policy that hiring college students work in rural community as the student village officials. In2008,on the basis of experimental conducted in the past years, the government in Nantong distributed "the implementation on guiding and encouraging college graduates to work in rural community", then produced a startling reduction in planning of the student village officials. By2011,Tongzhou270administrative villages have been basically "have the student village officials". Since then, the first student village officials of Tongzhou approach completion to their work. Their way out has attracted wide attention.With the development of the role,research on village officials are the hot topics in the academic field recently increasingly and has achieved primary success. However, the past research on the subject is almost limited in the national, focusing on the college, countryside, or point to evaluation of the peasents, and few studies have tonched upon the satisfaction and value orientation of the student village officials.Objective to explore the job satisfaction of student village officials in Tongzhou and influencing factory analysis of job satisfaction, the paper described the previos studies and mainly elaborated theorybasis. The conclusions are as follow:For Solid theoretical foundation of the papers, the first part described the theoretical basis of job satisfaction from Social comparison theory, expectancy theory, adaptation and coping theory, goal theory. Based on the field survey data, the second Part tested reliability and validity of the questionnaire, measuring job satisfaction of the student village officials in Tongzhou by statistical methods. The third part analyzed the job satisfaction factors of the student village officialsby the one-way ANOVA and Logistic, Identified the significant factors of the job satisfaction of the student village officials in the study area from a number of factors, and then, analyzed deeply the significant factors of the job satisfaction of student village officials by talking. Based on analysis of the factors of the job satisfaction of the student village officials, Combined with the actual situation of local economic and social, the fourth part developed workable proposals to improve job satisfaction of the student village officials.
