The Urban Traffic Management In The Perspective Of Marxist Philosophy

The wheel of history has entered into the second ten years of the21st century,the problems and challenges which the urban transportation development has faced with become increasingly serious,such as the traffic congestion,environmental pollution,energy consumption,and traffic accidents has become a global issue.On one hand,we should interpret the realistic problems of the urban traffic management;on the other hand,we should be more attention to the realistic human’s survival circumstances.This is not only adapted to the urgent need solving the problems on urban traffic management,but also the inherent requirement which the Marxist philosophy face the realistic problems in China.This article consists of the introduction,text and conclusion composition.The first chapter briefly introduces the research background,current research situation at home and abroad,research methods and logical structure.The conclusion part summarizes the main points of the text.Text starts from the second chapter by five components:From the height of the epistemology,the second chapter mainly analyses the knowing object, knowing subject and knowing methods of urban traffic management. The third chapter analyses the main contradiction of urban traffic management,the major aspects of the contradictions.The fourth chapter expounds the correlation between the understanding and the methods, in detail analyses the knowing defects and management defects of the urban traffic management subject. From the height of the methodology, the fifth chapter analyses the values of urban traffic management, this paper explores the root causes and reality performance of "vehicle-oriented" and "people-based", finally points out that some principles and basic methods of the urban traffic management.Based on the multidisciplinary bonding, empirical and normative combination, comparative-research,systemanalysis,qualitative-analy sis, illus-tration method,this paper expounds the contradiction analysis and subjectivity analysis,methodology of the urban traffic management as the hightlights of research.The three parts of the research not only has strong theoretical value,but also has more practical significance,which providing them with strong theoretical foundation and basis for alleviating the traffic congestion of large cities,and providing scientific theoretical guidance for helping the traffic management departments to formulate and implement targeted policy measures.
