A Study On The Disciplinary Construction Of Marxist Management Philosophy

Chinese management philosophy has gone through nearly30years Since in theOctober of1984，when the national reform and the academic seminar managementphilosophy was hold in Suzhou city. In the30years, the Chinese managementphilosophy was in the unsmooth development. Begin with1980s, managementphilosophy was regarded as a branch discipline of Marxist philosophy; In the1990s,the situation was various interpretation modes coexist management philosophy,similar to the modern management theory jungle state. In some degree，it was thedevelopment of Chinese management philosophy, but it also lead managementphilosophy into a faltering period. In the1990s to the21st century, the Managementphilosophy was able to be a mature discipline. In the website of “philosophy ofChina”,which is hosted by Chinese Academy of social science,the sub-disciplinesare: logic, ethics, aesthetics, religion, philosophy of science and technology, ontology,epistemology, philosophy of nature, society philosophy, political philosophy,economic philosophy, culture philosophy, history philosophy, value philosophy,philosophy of law, philosophy of language, philosophy of mind, etc. At the sametime，management philosophy has not been an independent sub-discipline, but thereare some scattered introduction. In the website of “Chinese University HumanitiesAnd Social Science Information Network”, management philosophy was treated as athird level subject, and it is affiliated to the first-level discipline, management,secondary discipline-management theory. Management philosophy must bedeveloped into an independent secondary discipline, not only to the philosophy ofinnovation and development, but also it is of great significance to the breakthrough ofmanagement theory jungle. The study will be divided into three parts：the rise ofmanagement philosophy and the legality of management philosophy; the basic theoryof management philosophy and the subject construction of management philosophy;the research of the development of Marxist philosophy of management.I hope it isbeneficial to the growth of Chinese management philosophy discipline.
