So we can conclude that the period of youth is responsible for the critical course which includes excellent quality, good behavior, extended view of world, gorgeous outlook on life values. In recent years, researchers who are devoted to this issue at home and abroad have attached great importance to provide a variety of ways to create a new environment for young people Public activities which are carried out by them have become an important way to cultivate sound national quality. At present, people in our country also have put growing emphasis on the development of welfare activities for youth so that much policy support has been put forward gradually to encourage young people to take part in it actively and then to foster ideological and moral quality. The last but not the least, they aim to improve the comprehensive practical ability. Adolescent, this topic studied, are confined to the primary and secondary students who are in school where there is little contact with the society. Therefore, in order to let youngsters, as the young power, pour fresh vigor and vitality into China’s public welfare, we are in the imminent state of linking school, the society and family to each other to create a well-facilitated growth environment.In this paper our national youth welfare activities have been defined as a basic theoretical foundation From this point of view, we thoroughly analyze the current state and potential existed. It is essential for us to receive echo from the youth to meet their needs when we carry out this project. Only through this can we draw young people’s attention so that it will go a big step for us in the area of molding proper awareness. In the end, we will make an important significance for the training of juvenile public spirit. Above all, there are several aspects of suggestions which we can take in consideration. Firstly, establishing the related policies, laws and regulations accordingly to safeguard young people’s rights. Secondly, integrating resources in school or out of school to build a common platform and to strengthen cooperation. And then, innovating and enriching the variety of activity. Finally, we should publicize the youth public welfare activities in the national level to improve the awareness of social welfare, to foster and encourage more social organizations to participate in the youth public welfare activities.
