Study On Talent Training Thought Of Mao Zedong In The Period Of Jinggangshan

Mao Zedong’s thought of talents training is not only an importantpart of Marxism’s talents education theory in the process of China’srevolution and construction, but also the masterpiece of Marxism’s theorywith Chinese characteristics. And in the Jinggangshan periods, Accordingto the current situation in China, Mao Zedong put forward theenlightening talents training thought, laid the solid foundation for thevictory of Jinggangshan revolutionary struggle, and also laid the solidfoundation for the future’s success of new democratic revolution andsocialist construction in the field of talents education. At the same time, itinfluences present social training thought with great significance. Today,how to build a well trained person, seeking for the basic principles andconcrete ways of talent education is great challenge and major issue facedby Chinese communist party. This paper will be follow the guidance ofMarxism, taking the view that combinates with the analysis of politicsand history, trying to make study concerned talents training in theJinggangshan revolutionary period both in theory creation and practiceexploration.we are able to provide some references for today’s talentscultivation through concluding the historical experiences.This paper systematically illustrates Mao Zedong’s thoughts ontalent training from three aspects in the Jinggangshan periods. The first part is an introduction of Mao Zedong’s talents training thought, includinghistory origins, realistic backgrounds, and main contents of the talentstraining of Mao Zedong. The second part makes the analysis of talentscultivating model in the Jinggangshan periods. The third part concludesthe main principles of Mao Zedong’s talents training thoughts; finally wewill get the conclusion that this study could produce great practicalsignificances for talents education and enlighten the present social talentstraining work.
