In the domestic andforeign government performance evaluation in the process of comparing, foreignowing to historical comparative long, the system is complete, appear relatively mature.And our place in the performance evaluation, social public participation enthusiasmfully enough, social public participation in government performance evaluationsystem is not perfect.Therefore, if you want to change this situation, we must from theessence of government performance evaluation to find out the causes of theseproblems.
