In recent years, the relief work for the victims was valued by accused authorities gradually. And it’s also becomes one of the most important work for the prosecution organ. Under current condition when our government still can’t strilce all the criminals in time. And the principle of "damage matching with compensation can’t be achieved. As a result, Our government should fight with criminals more efficiently and at the same time, they should take effective measures to make up the victim’s harm. Neverthless, such kind of national regulations of compensation on victim has not been established. Currently, so, assistance for criminal victim have a positive effect to protect the victims. Establishing useful and efficient regulations is the premise of helping victims. It goes without saying that prosecution organ as organization whose aim is to supervise the carry out of judgment. Should pay the major role in helping victims, and realizing its responsibility of protecting social fair and guarding honor of laws. What is more organ fits in prosecution establishing regulations of helping victims is fits the situation of current status of China. It can demonstrate the idea of justice for the person and at the same time, take the responsibility of helping the weak. So that easing the psychological and physical damages. However, we do not have complete regulations and laws in the area of helping victims and all the works in prosecution organ are still on intial stage. So we are still in the stage of exploration. In summary, investigations on how to help criminal victims tend to be meaningful. The result of such work will help prosecution organ to carry out this regulation in society. Which makes sense not only to demonstration of legal justice, but also to give meaningful help to victims.I have worked in the area of helping criminal victims for several years. On the one hand. I am happy to find that the regulations of helping criminal victims become more completed however, on the other hand. I also find some dilemmas, and troubles faced by staff in judicial office. So based on the current status of helping criminal victims in C and problems faced by workers in supervision process. This article try to find the reasons for such problem. The work of helping criminal victims has been carried out in Chuzhou for several years, helping a lot of victims and obtaining a lot of useful experiences, however, I also find that many victims, for instance those of unsolved crimes, who are badly in need of assistance, can’t obtain useful and in time help. And what is worse, many victims satisfied reguirements do not need such assistance. I also find that, the main way of current assistance is to give them money, which sometimes is unable to be offered a good way to make victims get out of the troubles. On the one hand, the psychological pains didn’t got remitted. On the other hand, for the victims, the rescue money is precious less than the great losses which cause by crime. The victims can not disagree with this kind of assistance, nor appeal the prosecution organ. And the prosecution organ doesn’t helps those victims in realistic. I wish that the government can take some steps to solve the problems. Such as broaden relief work for the victim’s boundary, and make a complete law system for victims, we also have to make some pertinent advices, so that to do the relief work better.We still have a long way to go into establish a complete system to help victims. I wish that our prosecution organ can do more research about the victims, and to make a complete institution which is also fit the current status of our country. They also take actions to prove that the Administration of Justice is just for every citizen, and achieve fairness in Justice. I wish the government can make whole system for victims as soon as possible. Shoulder the responsibility for the relief work for the victims. I also wish that our society can pay more attention about those victims. The prosecution Organs can broaden relief work for the victims to make sure that every person who need help will get the relief. And decrease the harmfulness for the innocent people by crime.
