The Research About The Problem Of Legal Communication In China

The legal communication is very important, which not only is an old problem but alsois a new one. With the development of Chinese law and the great change of environment,the problem of legal communication is still unresolved or turning into a new one. Nowthere are many problems about legal communication, for example, the mode ofinterpersonal communication is outdated, the subjectivity of audience is ignored, lackingof actual effect and so on. So it is very important to know and understand the wholesystem of legal communication, to analyze the history and the current situation and tosolve the exist question.The paper can be divided into three parts: the first part, the brief explaination oflegal communication, in this part, I will introduce the concept and the basic elements; thesecond part, I will make a construction of the perspective of the research; the third part, Iwill analyze and solve the problem of legal communication.
